An AI-native product is one where intelligence is the foundation, not an afterthought. It's the difference between:

• A document editor with an "AI assistant" sidebar
• A document editor where the AI understands your intent before you finish typing

The latter is harder to build. It requires rethinking every interaction.

Our approach

We start with a question: What would this product look like if it could think?

Not "what features can we add with AI" — that leads to feature bloat. Instead, we ask what becomes possible when the product itself has understanding.
